MICROWAVE DEATH RACE
Music video for an original song I wrote in the early 90's. A crappy demo was recorded in Garageband many years ago. I fed it into Suno where it amplified the dynamic range and improved all the instruments without deteriorating any of the song's structure. In my mind, this is pretty damn close to how I wanted the song to sound like when I first wrote it.

As for the visuals, as being an active user and contributor to the A.I. community, every day there's more and more beautifully rendered material. Gone are the days of "slop" and because the A.I. community is, on a daily basis, posting beautiful A.I. works, where synthetic people are indistinguishable from real people, when everything's clean and cinematically perfect, it's starting to drive me nuts! So I wanted to go against the grain and lean in on the slop. Embrace the slop. To do so I created images in Midjourney using mostly its old v2 & v3 models (there's a couple of v4 images in there). Then used MJ's animate (fast) feature to bring them to life. Edited in DaVinci Resolve.

WEIRD-OHS

In the mid-90's I worked for Mainframe Entertainment and they got the rights to Weird-Ohs. The original
development for the series was very much aligned with the original property in style. I co-wrote a script called,
"Daredevil Davey" which I think would have been a lot of fun (about Davey jumping his bike over a lake).
At some point though, evil forces came along and changed the overall series direction and the series took
on a slightly older-than-preschool audience which made ZERO sense. The show, though really cartoony, lost
all the original property's edge. This is my attempt to bring back that original intent.

JODOROWSKY'S TRON (2025)
In January 2023, the New York Times did an opinion piece called "This Film Does Not Exist" with Jodorowsky's Dune director, Frank Pavich based on some images I created in Midjourney. With the upcoming release of Tron: Ares on Oct. 10 (clever date release) and its NIN soundtrack, I've finally brought some of those older Midjourney (V4) generations to life (along with some new stuff). Created with Midjourney, Kling, Hailuo, Nano Banana. Edited in Davinci Resolve.

Originally intended to be fully AI, we ended up recording a voice actor for the narration (Emma Johnson)
and used a combination of AI (Udio) & composers (Brian Carson and the track "Dissemination" by
Christoffer Moe Ditlevsen via Epidemic Sound).

it through the machine to see the results and I am really impressed. It's even better than Kling.

A last-minute and drastic script change threw most of our previous work on this project out the window and we had to almost start from scratch with a four-day deadline.
